E Avenue Oy sulautuu POK Group Oy:ön

POK Group Oy:n (0306687-3) tytäryhtiö E Avenue Oy (1897576-2) sulautuu osaksi emoyhtiötä 1.1.2026. Tammikuusta 2026 alkaen toimimme pelkästään POK Group Oy:n nimellä ja y-tunnuksella. Muutos ei vaikuta tarjoamiimme palveluihin, tuotteisiin tai toimintaamme. Sulautuminen tukee yhtiön toimintaa, jotta voimme palvella jatkossa asiakkaitamme entistä paremmin ja selkeämmin yhden yrityksen sekä y-tunnuksen kautta.

E Avenuen entisille asiakkaille muutos näkyy muutoksena laskuttajatiedoissa vuoden vaihteen jälkeen. Laskutustietoihin tulee muutoksia pankkitilin ja yrityksen nimen osalta, joten maksutiedot on hyvä tarkastaa aina laskulta. Laskutiedot löytyvät myös tämän viestin alaosasta. E Avenuen olemassa olemat avoimet tilaukset, tarjoukset sekä tilausvahvistukset siirtyvät automaattisesti POK Group Oy:lle eikä tämä vaadi lisätoimenpiteitä.

E Avenue Oy will merge into POK Group Oy 

E Avenue Oy (Business ID: 1897576-2), a subsidiary of POK Group Oy (Business ID: 0306687-3), will merge into its parent company on January 1, 2026. Starting from January 2026, we will operate solely under the name and Business ID of POK Group Oy. This change does not affect the services, products, or operations we provide. 

The merger supports the company’s operations so that we can serve our customers even better and more clearly under one company and one Business ID. For former E Avenue customers, the change will be visible in billing details after the turn of the year. Billing information will change regarding the bank account and company name, so please always check the payment details on the invoice. Billing details can also be found at the bottom of this message. 

Any existing open orders, offers, and order confirmations from E Avenue will automatically transfer to POK Group Oy and require no additional action.
