MEGA Compact Secondary Substations have been designed with Finland's demanding conditions in mind, the installability of accessories and, in particular, their installer-friendliness. The condensation-free double roof ensures that the units stay dry even in demanding conditions. The rigidity of the frame and doors is the familiar MEGA quality.
The coupling facilities are good and the product's mechanics are widely adaptable even outside the standard models.

The MEGA concrete substations CSS manufactured in Finland take into account the demanding conditions in Finland, the installability of accessories and especially the installer-friendliness. The plinth is integrated into the frame, so there is less lifting on site and all the jumbos can be pre-installed. According to customer reports, the saving in working time on site is at least one working day.

The layout is highly customizable within the four standard templates. With a wide range of roof shapes and finishes, we can meet even the most demanding exterior design requirements.

We can offer a wide range of special upholstery. For example, special paints, brick cladding, graphic concrete, wash surfaces, etc.

In addition to metal and concrete transformers, our selection also includes thermally insulated E-houses. We have implemented several solutions, for example for charging electric vehicles and for heavier industrial and real estate projects with the factory-ready E-house concept.

The E-house is a perfect solution when the devices coming inside require the temperature to stay clearly on the positive side.

Our E-house is always fire rated EI90, which gives you freedom of layout. The colour of the cladding can be chosen from our wide range to suit the site and we can also brand the equipment room to suit the customer.

The range comes in three standard sizes 3x4 m, 3x6 m and 3x7.5 m and the size of the installation space can also be tailored to your needs and location.

POK Mega KJHK medium voltage cabinets are designed for use in 10-36 kV electrical networks located in Nordic installation conditions (e.g. distribution networks and wind farms).

The cabinets are made of 2.0 mm hot galvanised powder-coated steel sheet. The cabinet base is made of 2,5 mm hot galvanised unpainted steel sheet. The hinged door is fitted with a wind catch and a triangular lever lock as standard. The cabinet is supplied ready mounted on the stand. The delivery also includes removable lifting brackets to facilitate handling and installation. The base is fitted with two adjustable cable pull-out rails compatible with KOZ or UKRA type brackets.

The KJHK is available with a 2- or 4-pin C-type cone branching platform. The touch-protected sockets can be installed 2 on top of each other, allowing 2-8 cables to be installed in the cabinets. It is also possible to install a surge protector.

The steady structure and spacious structure guarantee easy installation and maintenance. The measuring cell can be equipped with one or two core current and voltage transformers according to the plan.

The standard rail system includes earthing points on the input and output side and strain relief rails with mounting brackets.
The 450 mm high mounting space for cable terminals allows the use of several different types of cables and cable terminals.
