Type-tested low-voltage switchgear

SEN Plus is a steel-framed low-voltage power distribution and motor control switchboard for all applications. Thanks to its modular design, the SEN Plus range provides solutions up to 6300 A rated current. It is fully type-tested to IEC 61439-2 and certified by an independent third-party testing laboratory.

SEN Plus switchboards are built from incomer, motor feeder, and distribution sections. The assemblies can be implemented as single-front or back-to-back configurations. The basic structure is a module (H × W × D) 2200 × 600 × 600 mm, with an optional cable compartment enabling top or bottom cable entry.

The design meets internal segregation requirements up to Form 4. Form 4 means that each functional unit and its terminals are separated from each other and from the main busbars by partitions or barriers. Flexible cabling solutions are available, including top and bottom cabling, as well as dedicated cable compartments for each outgoing feeder unit.

The switchboard supports a wide range of incoming and feeder devices: fixed and withdrawable Emax2 and Emax3 air circuit breakers (ACBs), OS series switch-fuse disconnectors, Slimline fuse-switch disconnectors, OT series load break switches, Tmax XT moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCBs), and quick-change feeder modules in fully withdrawable versions. These feeder modules are compatible with industrial components tested and designed in accordance with IEC 60947, ensuring a seamless system solution.

FI-certified and tested Potentia® center systems have a self-supporting steel plate structure. The modular structure enables an almost unlimited number of consistences. The versatile field widths and frame heights give you the freedom to design a complete whole, without forgetting safety.

The Potentia® cell center system is specifically designed for industrial, data room and large property power distribution. The system is also suitable for use in marine applications.

The cabinet system has been designed as a center for wet spaces up to 1000A. The center is suitable for both industrial and residential construction. The sheet metal sections of the center are made of hot galvanised steel plate. The doors are equipped with extra sturdy hinges that make it possible to open the doors to at least 160 degrees. The doors have been effect-painted to a strength of 50 micrometers.

The modular structure enables an almost unlimited number of different center sizes that make our frame the most versatile structure on the market! The structure comes in several height and depth alternatives. The field widths are 300, 450, 600 and 750 mm. The center can be assembled as a single-field option or an assembly comprising several fields according to customer needs. The center can be fastened on a wall resting on vertical beams or on the floor with a separate plinth.

The frame system has been designed as a center for dry spaces up to 1000A. The center is suitable for commercial, industrial and residential construction. The sheet metal sections of the center are made of hot galvanised steel plate. The structure uses high-quality, modular components with DIN mounting brackets that can be changed easily.

If necessary, the center can be manufactured with a transport block that facilitates transport and handling. Separate cable chutes can also be used.

A versatile and cost-effective light frame system for light-duty construction.

The light property center system has been developed as a main, distribution and lighting center up to 400A. The sheet metal sections of the center are made of hot galvanised steel plate. The visible sections have been painted white with the RR20 shade as standard. The structure uses high-quality, modular components with DIN mounting brackets that can be changed easily.

The modular structure can be adapted to customer needs easily and efficiently. The structure comes in two depth alternatives and eight different heights. Field widths are 250 mm and 500 mm. The center can be assembled as a single-field option or an assembly comprising several fields according to customer needs. The center can be fastened directly on a wall, on a wall resting on vertical beams or on the floor with a separate plinth. The centers can be equipped with elegant, field-specific cover doors as high as the entire center. The doors can be equipped with either a latch or an Abloy lock, according to the customer’s wishes. If necessary, the center can be manufactured with a transport block that facilitates transport and handling. Separate cable chutes can also be used. Whenever necessary, we use in our deliveries transport legs with wheels; they make moving the centers on site effortless.
